Nell Gwynn House - Luxury Serviced Apartments in London

All prices are per week, in Sterling pounds and subject to contract and availability.

Prices above do not include £55 per week maid service (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays) for a studio apartment and £60 per week one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.  This charge is not optional.

Maid Service (provided by the Service Company) 5 days a week & Linen/Towels changed weekly. This charge is not optional and includes VAT. Studios at £55 per week and £12 per day for part of the week. One or Two Bedrooms at £60 and per week and £15 per day for part of the week.

Payments can be made by Cash, UK Cheques, Travellers Cheques, Bank Transfer or Credit card. UK Cheques require three working days for clearance.

Telephone calls charged at about 22 pence a unit.
Extra single folding bed including linen and towels, on request at £22 per night/£75 per week.
Linen charge for use of sofa bed is £8.00 single/double per week.
Towels, £6.00 per person per week.
Complete set of linen & towels £10.00.

• Refundable deposits, if paid by Credit Card, to confirm bookings and to cover any outstanding charges, are:
• £350 for Studios.
• £500 for One and Two Bedroom Apartments.
• If the deposit is NOT paid by Credit Card, then:
• £500 for Studios.
• £700 for One and Two Bedroom Apartments.

(Please note that the deposit is separate from the Licence charge and is refundable about 10 days after departure).

Your booking will only be confirmed (check availability first), when you fully complete the two parts of the Licence and return with your instructions for deposit and Licence charges.

Cancellation terms, please refer to the Licence Agreement - (Section 1 Terms, Clause K).

Licence and cleaning charges should be paid for the total initial period prior to arrival. Payment by Cash, Travellers Cheques and Credit Cards are accepted. UK Cheques require three working days for clearance
